Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation until 6 pm two days before the excursion for groups of 8 or fewer, or one week before for groups of 9 or more. Same-day bookings are final and nonrefundable. Later cancellations, no-shows, unused spaces, and reductions in party size are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. If the operator cancels due to severe weather, no charges apply.
