Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your trip for a refund. No-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if the captain cancels due to weather, mechanical issues, or maintenance problems. Rain alone is not grounds for cancellation unless the captain considers navigation unsafe.
