- High heels, dress shoes, flip-flops, and delicate fashion footwear are not suitable for vortex locations
- Unsafe footwear may result in the vortex portion being modified or skipped at the guide’s discretion
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a refund, less non-refundable processing fees. For groups of 8–14, cancellations 48–72 hours ahead receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. One reschedule request is allowed; rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to availability.
