Cancel at least 72 hours before your tour for a refund, less 2.3%-3.5% nonrefundable processing fees. For groups of 8-14, cancellations within 72 hours receive 50%; within 48 hours, no refund. One reschedule request within 72 hours is subject to availability; no refund if no date is available.
