- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra time for parking on weekends and holidays
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be age 21 or older
- Groups of 7–10 operate as bareboat charters; captain and fuel are not included in the listed price
- For groups of 7–10 using a captain from the referral list, you'll pay the captain directly $100 per hour for captain services and fuel
- Self-operation requires a USCG Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 10 days before your booking. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Holiday bookings for 4th of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day Weekend are nonrefundable one month before. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7 or more passengers, USCG regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking, and each guest (any age) counts as a passenger.
