Full refund if you cancel more than 10 days before booking. No refund within 10 days or for no-shows. Full refund if Boat Tahoe cancels; weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday bookings are non-refundable one month prior for listed dates.
Yes. If you book for 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. Plan on an additional $100 per hour due on arrival, paid directly to the captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking, and each guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before boarding. If needed, you can stop along the way.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt. If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). You can bring your own food and drinks; a cooler or small refrigerator is onboard (bring your own ice). Do not bring glass, red wine, pets/animals, or messy foods.
All charters start and end in the Tahoe Keys Marina located in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
