Important details
- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrival reduces your time on the water
- Main charterer must be 21 or older for parties of 1–6; every passenger counts regardless of age
- Groups of 7–10 are operated as bareboat charters and require an independent captain/operator
- For groups of 7–10 using a referred captain, captain services and fuel cost $100 per hour and are paid directly to the captain; this is not included in the listed price
- Operating the vessel yourself requires a US Coast Guard master license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Leave pets, glass, red wine, and overly messy foods behind
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 10 days before your booking. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Holiday cancellations for 4th of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, the week of July 4th, and Labor Day Weekend are nonrefundable one month before. Full refund if the operator cancels, including weather cancellations determined by the operator.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7 or more passengers, USCG regulations require a bareboat charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain (cash, Venmo, or Zelle). Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking, and each guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
Gratuity isn’t included. Captains accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before boarding. Boats do not have restrooms, but you can stop along the way if needed.
