- Arrive 15 minutes early
- Provide email addresses for all participants for waiver purposes
- A credit card is required for the operator's pre-authorization and deposit policy; booking approval is subject to availability
- Wakesurfing is recommended for ages 12 and older based on comfort and ability
- Do not bring glass items
- Do not bring strongly colored or staining items or beverages
- Do not bring firearms, weapons or sharp objects
- No cigarettes or illegal substances
- Avoid single-use plastics and use only reef-safe sunscreen
- The captain makes final weather decisions based on real-time conditions; light rain may continue when safe
- Unsafe weather early in the outing may result in a partial credit toward a future experience; no credit applies after most of the outing is complete
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 72 hours before departure. Cancellations within 72 hours are generally non-refundable. No refunds for lateness, seasickness, early returns, or violations of safety rules.
