Important details
- Children ages 17 and under require an accompanying paying adult.
- Moderate physical fitness is required for about half a mile of walking over uneven terrain, including rocks, mud and tall grass.
- This tour is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
- Pets are not allowed. Service animals are allowed.
- Stay with your guide in the designated areas. Do not enter the property before or after the tour or without your guide; unauthorized entry may result in prosecution.
- Do not record or livestream the tour, or remove anything from the property as a souvenir.
- Arrive at the gate 5 minutes before the scheduled start. If your guide has not arrived, wait in your car rather than exploring the property.
- The tour starts promptly and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. You cannot join if you arrive more than 30 minutes late.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule once at least 48 hours before your tour. Severe weather may cause a delay or rescheduling. If the tour is cancelled for weather, you'll receive a reschedule or refund. If severe weather interrupts a tour already underway, a partial refund is offered.

No. There are no bathrooms on the walking tour. Use the bathroom before meeting your guide.
Wear comfortable walking shoes for the uneven terrain; flip-flops and sandals are not recommended. Check the weather in Senoia and dress accordingly. Bundle up during colder months.
Bring water, especially from May through September. Pack cooling towels, a small fan or ice packs to help keep you cool during the walk.
