Things to know
Bring water; it is not provided. Children must be 1 year or older, and riders under 18 must have an adult present to check in and sign the waiver. Riders 300 pounds and over cannot be accommodated due to manufacturer weight limits.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For any cancellations within 24 hours of the tour, you receive a full credit for bike rentals (no refund). In the event of inclement weather, the operator will contact you in advance for any tour cancellations.
