- Arrive between 7:00am and 7:15am
- Use your own rental car; rideshare transportation is not suitable
- Sign an assumption-of-risk and release waiver before participating
- Wear tennis shoes or sneakers with traction; shoes are required throughout the experience, including in the river
- Bring a bathing suit or swim trunks to wear under your clothes
- Requires moderate physical fitness and navigating rocks, muddy areas, and short climbs
- Not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for back problems, pregnancy, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start are not refunded, and changes within 24 hours are not accepted. If canceled due to poor weather or minimum traveler requirements, you'll be offered a different date or experience, or a full refund.
