Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Receive a refund or rebook if a mechanical failure prevents the cruise. Receive an alternative cruise, vessel, or refund for low ridership. If canceled due to extreme weather or a state of emergency, receive an alternative cruise or refund; cruises run rain or shine. Personal sickness, accidents, and traffic do not qualify for refunds.
