Important details
- Note that rentals are walk-up only May 23–September 1
- Arrive at or before your scheduled time; rentals more than 30 minutes late are not held
- Bring an original photo ID for every renter age 18+; copies are not accepted
- Ages 18+ only to book; minors require a legal parent or guardian in the party
- Day-use entry reservation is required at Wekiwa Springs State Park, and an entrance fee applies
- Wear a fastened life jacket and remain on your paddleboard at all times
- Stay off other beaches, including French Landing; swimming, boarding other boats, and passenger exchanges are prohibited
- Leave pets and alcohol outside the park and off vessels
- Prepare for rain and wet feet at launch; launches pause when lightning is reported within 5 miles
- Return on time to avoid late-return fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. No refunds for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels before departure due to weather.

Bring sunscreen, a hat, and binoculars if you are birdwatching. Wear footwear that can get wet during the beach launch.
Rentals depart rain or shine, so bring a poncho or raincoat. Launches stop when lightning is reported within 5 miles of the launch area and resume after lightning has been outside that radius for 30 minutes.
