Cancellation Policy
A $250 deposit (plus HI State tax) is required. Full payment is charged within 7 days of the tour. If canceled for weather due to a State Road Advisory, you will be rescheduled or refunded in full if they can’t accommodate. Guest cancellations within 72 hours refund the balance minus the deposit.
FAQs
Wear a swimsuit under your clothes if you plan to get wet. Bring sturdy footwear that can get wet (such as Tevas or other sport sandals/footwear), a change of clothes and shoes for the ride back, a camera, hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.
Your guide provides towels (for those who want to get wet), ponchos in case of rain, sanitized stainless steel reusable water bottles, and water refills.
There is no age limit as long as children are up for the day. Carry babies as you would at home; if toddlers can walk, they can go into the rainforest. Bring your own child seat and any special snacks children may want during the day.
