Things to know
You must be able to ride a bike and demonstrate proficiency; the rental may be canceled if you cannot safely operate the e-bike. Riders must be over 5 ft tall, and riders 18 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Rental protection coverage is an extra $4.95 per bike added at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if we cancel due to weather. For parties under six, full refund with 48 hours’ notice before start time. For groups of six or more, full refund with 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling based on availability.
FAQs
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. You’ll check in, get fitted for your e-bike and helmet, and go through a brief e-bike operation and safety orientation. You’ll also review a map with suggested routes and rules of the road, then take a short practice ride to build confidence.
Yes. Sign the acknowledgment of risk online before you arrive to save time. Each rider needs to sign; paper copies are available on arrival if needed.
