Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Drive your own vehicle between the starting point and marina; rideshares and taxis are not permitted
- Use smartphone GPS for navigation, as built-in vehicle GPS may lead to the wrong location
- Tobacco products are prohibited during the tour
- From July through October, water shoes are required for the swamp walk when the trail is flooded
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start for 1–7 guests, or 7 days before for groups of 8+. No refunds within those windows or for no-shows. Requires at least 6 guests; you'll receive a full refund if the tour is canceled.
