- Height requirement: over 48 inches tall
- Weight limit: 150 lbs, strictly enforced. You may be refused a ride on arrival if your weight information is inaccurate or riding would put the horses' health at risk.
- Wear closed-toe shoes, sneakers, or boots. Sandals and flip-flops are not permitted.
- Check in at the office 15 minutes before your scheduled ride. Mounting begins at your scheduled ride time.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, with no refunds, including for no-shows. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your reservation. If your ride is canceled due to weather, a gift card for a future ride or rescheduling is available.
