- Arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete a waiver
- Meet the age requirement of 6+; ages 6–13 require a paying adult age 18+
- Wear closed-toe gym shoes or similar footwear; sandals and Crocs are not permitted
- Expect seated participation with feet flat on the ground
- Keep voices quiet and follow Animal Care staff instructions
- General admission is required; youth, child, and infant admission is free
- Expect a 2.3% administration fee plus $0.30 in addition to the listed price

Cancel at least 2 hours before start for a refund or rescheduling. Later cancellations can be rescheduled but are not refundable. If the zoo cancels, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
