This entertainment complex offers a solid variety of activities that families especially seem to enjoy. The adventure park gets consistent praise for keeping kids engaged with obstacle courses, ziplines, the Copperhead mountain coaster, mini golf, and a suspension bridge. The Chuckwagon dinner show stands out as a highlight, with visitors loving the performers and singers. Tours with knowledgeable guides like Jim and Cowboy John leave a strong impression, and the Inspiration Tower provides stunning views worth the climb. However, operational issues pop up frequently enough to warrant attention. Staffing appears stretched thin, leading to long waits for meals, rides, and even just picking up pre-purchased tickets. Several visitors mention confusion at ticket counters about what's included in various packages. The outdoor drama divides audiences sharply—some find it excellent while others feel it drags. A few guests encountered staff members who came across as dismissive or unhelpful, though this doesn't seem universal. If you're going with younger children and can visit on less crowded days, you'll likely have a great time. Just plan for some wait times and maybe skip the stairs for tower access if lines look long.
We purchased the combo ticket for dinner show, park admission and outdoor drama. Although we arrived too late to go through the Adventure park, they gave us tickets to come back and use the next day. The Chuckwagon dinner show was very fun, food was good and the Shepherd of the Hills play was excellent. The mountain coaster ride was mediocre, the view from the Inspirations Tower was breathtaking, teens enjoyed the net tower and suspension bridge. If you are physically able to walk the stairs, don’t waste your time waiting on the tram. Overall, was very enjoyable by all from parents to teens.
