Itinerary
8:45am: Arrive at Crystal Cave parking lot and check in. 9am: Safety talk and gear up 9:30/10am: Walk down to cave WILD TOUR! (2-4hrs in cave) 2/2:30pm: Head back up trail to parking lot 3pm: Gear drop-off and last words
Important details
- Arrive at 8:45 AM for check-in and preparation
- Ages 16+ only; ages 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult participant
- Chest, waist, and hip measurements must each be under 45 inches in circumference
- Requires supporting your body weight with your arms
- Not suitable for claustrophobia or a fear of heights
- Consult your doctor before joining if you have recent surgery, an unregulated heart condition, seizures, joint instability, a restrictive device, or are pregnant
- Bring a backpack, plenty of water, food, a change of clothes, and toilet paper
- Do not bring clothing worn in other caves, lint-shedding clothing, large camera equipment, selfie sticks, or pets
- Vehicles over 22 feet and towed trailers are not allowed on Cave Road
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within one week of booking for a full refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Receive a full refund if the cave is forced to close.

FAQs
The cave is a 1/2-mile walk each way with about 300 feet of elevation change. It can take up to 30 minutes, especially while carrying gear.
Plan for about an hour of introductions and equipment preparation, followed by up to 4 hours inside Crystal Cave. Time underground varies with the group.
Wild Cave groups have up to 6 people. If your booking has fewer than 6 people, you will likely join other participants.
