Chris and his family run a genuinely welcoming operation that keeps things refreshingly simple and low-key. Customers consistently praise how friendly and helpful everyone is, from fitting kids with life jackets to answering questions and helping with equipment. The owner gets specific mentions for his "Aloha spirit" and willingness to accommodate last-minute changes, like letting guests switch from kayaks to jet skis or stay a bit past closing to get their full rental time. The variety here is impressive. Beyond paddleboards, they offer jet skis, wave runners, kayaks, and pontoon boats, with delivery options available for larger rentals. Equipment is well-maintained and reliable, and the online booking system makes reservations straightforward. Pricing gets thumbs up across the board. People appreciate the flexibility to either launch directly from their dock or transport equipment elsewhere. Just note that jet ski rentals charge for gas at the end, which catches some folks by surprise but doesn't seem to bother anyone once they know.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two hour kayak rental on Flathead Lake. The lake is huge and there was plenty to paddle around and see. My mom’s initial kayak didn’t have foot rests and the seat was messed up, and the team quickly replaced it with a much better one. They even let us stay out 30 minutes longer for the trouble. It ended up being one of my daughter’s favorite parts of the trip!
