Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Children ages 12 and under ride with an adult
- Riders over age 12 must be tall enough to see over the Rydable's head and have the strength to operate it
- Expect dimly lit areas on evening tours
- A minimum gratuity applies to parties of 6 or more and may be charged separately if not included
Cancellation Policy
Tours are non-refundable. Make changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a free one-time rebooking. No-shows without advance notice cannot be rebooked and will not receive a refund.
