If the operator cancels due to weather or another reason, you'll receive a full refund; weather cancellations are notified 24 hours before the tour. If you rescheduled after cancelling your original date with less than 7 days' notice, no refund is given if weather cancels the rescheduled tour. Only one reschedule is allowed in this case.
