- Plan an itinerary before service; a pickup address and anticipated start and end times are required
- Pickup must be within 50 miles of Carlton; Portland pickup is available for businesses and corporate events
- Bring valid identification if requested
- Travelers under 21 are allowed only case-by-case and when approved
- Keep outside alcohol out of the vehicle unless approved, and do not smoke or vape inside
- A 20% gratuity is added to all services and is not included in the listed price
- A minimum $250 cleaning fee applies for excessive messes or biohazards; damage repair costs also apply
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 5 days before the tour. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or winery closures.
