A $100 refundable security deposit is required per renter, and a charge of up to $1,300 may be placed in case of loss or theft. You must be 18+ to rent; riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and children under 13 cannot be accommodated. Weight limits apply (up to 260 lbs on larger e-bikes; 200–240 lbs on smaller e-bikes).
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Within 72 hours, refund requests are reviewed at the company’s sole discretion. Cancellations beyond a confirmed rescheduled date may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
