Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.
Important details
- All attendees must be age 21 or older
- Provide the alcohol and ice needed for the class
- Ensure your event location has any permits or licenses it requires; proof may be required before the class begins
- A credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Locations more than 30 miles from the city center may incur an additional fee not included in the listed price
- Optional edible glitter-sugar rims cost an additional $20 per 20 drinks using the same color
- Additional charges may apply for added guests, extra instructor time, late starts, or instructor parking over $15
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 30+ days' notice. 50% refund with 11–29 days' notice. No refund with 10 days or less notice. Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, except for bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. Changes within 7 days incur a $200 rescheduling fee.
