Full refund if the operator cancels for unforeseen or safety reasons. Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund less a $50 per-booking cancellation fee. Cancellations 8–13 days ahead incur a $35 per-vessel cancellation fee. Cancel within 7 days or no-show: all payments are forfeited, and any amount owed remains due.
