Cancellation Policy
All payments are refunded if the operator cancels for unforeseen reasons, including safety. Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund less a $50 fee per booking. Cancel 8–13 days ahead for a $35 fee per vessel. Cancellations within 7 days, including no-shows, forfeit all payments and remain responsible for any amount owed.
