Important details
- Adults must sign the tour waiver before participating
- Cannot participate if you have been on a farm or around sick livestock within the last 30 days
- Follow the white directional signs marked “Mammut Mountain Yak Tour” rather than relying on Google Maps
- If you arrive early, remain in the parking area or your vehicle until your guide arrives
- Do not open gates, enter private property, climb fencing, or leave designated tour areas
- Follow your guide’s instructions before petting or handling yaks
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 7 days before the tour. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 20% fee. No refunds within 24 hours, for same-day bookings, or no-shows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the tour without a refund. Full refund or rescheduling if the guide cancels for unforeseen safety or health concerns.
