Important details
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old
- Drivers need a valid motorcycle license or endorsement and must present it at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Eye protection is required; bring sunglasses or purchase eye protection at the location
- Complete a liability waiver at pickup
- A credit or debit card security-deposit authorization hold is required, and the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Keep the motorcycle off unpaved terrain and do not take it on the back side of Hana
- Late returns result in additional charges
- Full-face helmets are available for an additional $15
- Optional towing coverage costs $20 per day; without it, you are responsible for towing charges
- Without an optional damage waiver, you are responsible for motorcycle damage up to its replacement value
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1–2 units for 1–2 days up to 24 hours before start for a partial refund; later cancellations are nonrefundable. For rentals of 3+ days or 3+ units, cancel up to 120 hours before start for a partial refund; later cancellations are nonrefundable.

FAQs
Your rental period does not extend for late arrival, and late returns result in additional charges.
A pre-purchase fuel option is available. You will receive the motorcycle with a full tank and will not need to refuel it before returning.
The optional damage waiver limits your financial responsibility, but it does not cover all damage or charges. You remain responsible for your deductible, excluded charges, and amounts not covered by the waiver.
