- Children under 8 require an appropriate child safety seat; install it yourself, as guides cannot install car seats
- Cross-country skiing requires your own skis, boots, and poles
- National Park entrance fees apply to everyone age 16 and older and are not included in the listed price
- Non-U.S. residents face additional fees: $100 per person, and a non-U.S. resident America the Beautiful Pass costs $250
- Sign the required waiver before departure
- Arrive at your pickup point a few minutes early and allow an additional 5–10 minutes for your guide to arrive

Dress in warm layers with a waterproof, breathable outer shell. Bring a wool or fleece hat, sunglasses, mittens or gloves, warm winter walking boots, personal items, and a camera. A small daypack is optional.
Snowshoes are sized by each participant's approximate weight.
Yes. Park passes are available at National Park entrance gates. An annual pass covers you and up to three additional family members while on this commercial tour.
