Itinerary
- Make a reservation online or directly with the office
- Read your confirmation email to be prepared for your trip
- Call our office to ask any questions, change, update or cancel your reservation
- Fill out the online waivers linked in your confirmation email (every participant needs to sign one)
- Show up at the office for check in
- Complete check in
- Complete the gear-up process with the guides (we have changing rooms)
- Leave all personal items in your vehicle, or in the office if you don't have a vehicle
- Check in with the trip leader
- Hop on the bus/van
- We drive you to the put-in where you will receive a safety briefing by the trip leader and a boat assignment
- Load into the boats and go down the river!
- We pick you up and bring you back to the office to change into dry clothes, view the trip photos and our awesome company merchandise
Allow about 3-4 hours from pulling into our lot to pulling out heading on your way.

Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled trip time
- Ages 13+ only
- Trip requires a minimum of 3 participants to run
- An adult age 18+ must accompany children under 14
- Requires basic mobility and reasonably good physical condition
- Maximum 56-inch chest size to fit a personal flotation device
- Pregnancy is not permitted on trips
- Sign a waiver before participating
- Follow guide directions throughout the trip
- Trips run rain or shine, and route or difficulty may change for water levels and safety
- Wear secure sandals or water shoes; sandals without back straps are not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with more than 48 hours' notice. Cancellations 24–48 hours before departure are charged 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100%.

FAQs
For May–June and late September, wear a bathing suit under the provided wetsuit and consider bringing a fleece layer and dry clothes for afterward. From July through early September, wear lightweight clothes you do not mind getting wet, plus sturdy sandals or water shoes; booties are available.
Lunch is not provided. Bring your own lunch to use at the onsite picnic tables if you would like to eat before or after your Yellowstone River trip.
