Cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule 48+ hours before departure at no fee, subject to availability and fare differences. Reschedule 24–48 hours before departure for a $100 fee plus any fare difference. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling within 24 hours. If the operator cancels and does not provide a substantially equivalent service, receive a full refund or reschedule.
