No drugs or alcohol are permitted during your outing. If your group is not tax-exempt, tax will be applied after your booking. If you paid a deposit, plan to pay the remaining balance (additional fees may incur if unpaid 7 days after the trip date).
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before the event to receive a refund in the form of a gift card for future bookings. Within 14 days or no-shows, you must pay the entire contracted amount. If Venture Outdoors postpones due to weather or environmental conditions, they will provide a rescheduled date; if unable to reschedule, the remaining balance is refunded.
