Important details
- Ages 12+ only
- Arrive 15 minutes before your rental time for check-in and safety instructions
- Youth participants must be accompanied by an adult on the water
- Complete a liability waiver before participating
- A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for participants under 18
- Wear a life jacket at all times
- No alcohol or drugs permitted
- Return the kayak by the end of the rental period
- Expect possible delays or cancellations due to weather or river safety conditions
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for rescheduling depending on availability. No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the reservation without a refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, river conditions, or safety concerns.
