• Weight requirement: 70–250 lbs
• Wear sturdy, securable closed-toe shoes; flip-flops, Crocs, sandals, flats, water socks, Toms, and split-toe shoes aren't permitted
• Wear long shorts or pants and a shirt; skirts, belly shirts, and bathing suits aren't permitted
• Remove body piercings, belt buckles, or jewelry that interfere with harness fit
• No alcohol or drugs, including marijuana, before or during your ride
• Minors age 17 and under need a parent or legal guardian-signed liability waiver and a responsible adult age 18+ present
• Expect closures for rain, high winds, or lightning in the area
• Arrive at your scheduled check-in time; a $50 late fee per 30 minutes applies and is not included in the listed price
• Organized groups of 24+ are subject to a $1 per-person gratuity not included in the listed price
• Pets aren't allowed; documented service animals are welcome
