This operator consistently delivers what northern lights hunters want most: passionate guides who actively chase the aurora and capture professional photos you'll treasure forever. Reviewers repeatedly praise team members like Tony, Brandon, Andre, and Andrew for their infectious energy, knowledge, and dedication to making sure everyone gets that perfect shot. The setup sounds genuinely thoughtful too, with warm vehicles, heated cabins, campfires, hot chocolate, and reindeer sausages creating a cozy atmosphere while you wait for nature's show. Communication stands out as exceptional, with staff like Nicole earning specific mentions for being incredibly responsive and helpful, even accommodating last-minute schedule changes. The overwhelming majority had magical experiences, though one guest felt shortchanged when promised amenities didn't fully materialize and the tour ended early. That review stands out as an outlier among hundreds of glowing testimonials. Most people emphasize how well-organized everything felt, from hotel pickups to clear instructions to professional photo delivery. If you're visiting Fairbanks and want guides who genuinely get excited when the lights appear and will holler to get everyone outside at the perfect moment, this crew seems to deliver that enthusiasm naturally.
We joined this tour 1/29/2026. The day, KP was not so strong - it was 3〜4, but we could see amazing aurora!! The guide said KP is just a width how that go down to South area, so if you go this Fairbanks area, I'd say you can see it as long as no clouds. They provided us warm car, hot drinks, campfire, and so on. One thing I loved was their energetic vibes. Once aurora show up, they call us with huge energetic voice that made us so hyped to emabrk on icy land!
