With a perfect track record across Pacific Northwest tours, this small-group operator consistently delivers exceptional experiences through knowledgeable guides who clearly love what they do. Lindsay, Sarah, and Marty get frequent shout-outs for being entertaining, professional, and genuinely invested in each guest's comfort. Reviewers highlight how guides customize itineraries, share fascinating local knowledge, and handle logistics seamlessly—from navigation assistance on trails to accommodating dietary restrictions. The tours cover stunning destinations like Mount Rainier, Olympic National Park, and whale watching excursions. The little touches set these tours apart: quality snacks and lunches (those cookies get mentioned!), properly timed stops, thoughtful photo opportunities, and guides who remember to check in with every guest. Even when weather doesn't cooperate or government shutdowns affect parks, the team stays communicative and adapts smoothly. The office staff earns praise for being responsive and following through on promises. Travelers consistently describe these as the best small-group tours they've experienced, with several mentioning plans to book again.
What a superb day out. Evan was the perfect guide, from his knowledge on the area and everything around to the way he made the guests feel. He found out what we liked as a group and tailored the trip to suit the clientele he had with him. The picnic was fresh and tasty. You could tell he enjoyed his job which always makes it more special. And finally Mount Rainer and the National Park - wow. Thanks Evan
