Guests consistently rave about the attentive crews who make these water tours genuinely special. Captains like James, Andrew, and Howard get called out by name for their professionalism and personality, while first mates and assistants earn praise for serving drinks and snacks, taking photos, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The boats never feel crowded, which means plenty of space to move around and actually enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. The sunset and Nights of Lights cruises are clear favorites, with reviewers loving how captains slow down at key moments so you can soak in the views. Complimentary beverages and snacks are always available, and some cruises feature live music that adds to the ambiance. The vibe is consistently described as fun, friendly, and relaxed. Multiple guests mention returning for different tour types, whether it's the eco tour, dolphin watching, or seasonal light displays. One minor note: check-in procedures can be unclear, but the experience once you're aboard makes up for any initial confusion about where to meet.
Best night of our trip! We dis the sunset/champagne/ night of lights tour. This boards from the Vilano beach fishing pier across the bridge. It was so much fun. It was not rushed at all, the boat slowed down so we could actually take in the scenery and enjoy the moment.they had pleanty of snacks and drinks on board There were not a lot of people on the boat which made it even better we were able to walk around take tons of photos and get to know the other passages. The crew was fantastic. James and Jamie were safe and attentive. Will definitely be back again in the spring.
