- Complete the pre-arrival waiver before check-in

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and tours booked within 24 hours of departure are nonrefundable. Tours missed are nonrefundable. Unsafe weather may postpone or cancel the tour; if it is canceled and you cannot reschedule during your stay, you will receive a refund.
