An Unforgettable, Hands-On Family Adventure! Our family recently took the hands-on farm tour at Hansen's Farm Fresh Dairy in Hudson! This 150+ year-old heritage farm offers an absolute hidden gem of an experience that perfectly blends education with interactive fun. From the moment you arrive, the family-friendly atmosphere shines through. The afternoon started with a scenic trolley ride out to the working facilities where we got to see their beautiful herd of purebred Holstein cows up close. Unlike typical lookup-and-see farm tours, this tour lets you get fully involved. The kids were thrilled to pet a kangaroo, bottle-feed a calf, try their hand at milking a cow, and shake up cream to make their own homemade butter. This tour is a full two hours and make sure you leave time to shop for your favorite farm to table must haves. Highly recommend to all locals and visitors far and wide.
