Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Rescheduling within 24 hours costs $5 per ticket and is limited to one rebooking. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

Walkers and wheelchairs are welcome. The route has extensive gravel and bumpy terrain, and larger wheelchair wheels work best. Accessibility is limited on the trolley and in the milking parlor.
