The staff here genuinely seem to love what they do, and it shows. Names like Angel, Paola, Rene, Lady J, and Yalianna come up repeatedly in glowing reviews, with guests crediting them for making the experience feel welcoming, safe, and fun. First-timers especially seem to leave impressed, with one guest noting the team made their first jet ski ride far easier than expected. With a strong rating across a large number of reviews, the experience is consistently described as exciting and memorable, set against beautiful Miami water views. The guides keep safety in mind without taking the fun out of it, which seems to be a recurring theme. One reviewer mentioned frustration after arriving late and losing ride time as a result, so it's worth being punctual and factoring in parking time before your session. That appears to be an isolated case, but it's a practical heads-up for anyone planning their day around a booking here.
