For more than 35 years, Sebago Watersports has been sharing the magic of Key West from the decks of its signature catamarans. As the island’s longest-running day-charter company, Sebago pairs seasoned seamanship with genuine south...
Sebago runs multiple water tours in Key West with highly experienced captains and crew who consistently earn praise for their friendliness and professionalism. The sunset cruises and sandbar trips get rave reviews for their relaxed, social atmosphere, with several guests calling out specific crew members like Captain Brandon, Trevor, and Brendon as absolute legends who create the perfect vibe. The snorkeling excursions are equally popular, featuring stops at two reefs where guests regularly spot tropical fish, sharks, and sea turtles. The all-inclusive packages come with premium drinks, and many reviewers appreciated thoughtful touches like warm chocolate chip cookies, equipment cleaning, and crew members who get in the water with first-timers. A few concerns worth noting: there are conflicting reports about support for non-swimmers and beginners. While some reviews praised crew attentiveness during snorkeling, a couple of guests felt the crew was impatient with nervous swimmers and didn't deliver on promises of extra support. Tours can get crowded with 80+ passengers on some trips, which might affect your experience getting in and out of the water. Despite these occasional hiccups, the overwhelming majority found the tours well-organized, reasonably priced for what you get, and genuinely memorable. Repeat customers return multiple times, which speaks volumes about the overall quality.
This was so fun! Great staff. It was a little cloudy so didn't get the full sunset, but we still enjoyed every minute of it. You will not be disappointed!! My son "helped" lift the sail which was so fun but a lot of work!
