We rented a pontoon boat for the first time from Long Level Marina. The on-line rental process was easy to understand and follow. The staff in the office was friendly and helpful. We received a thorough walk-around on the boat explaining the safety features and where everything was, and how it worked. Areas to go and to not go on the river were clearly explained and detailed on the map they provided. The boat was very clean and in very good condition. We had a beautiful day and enjoyed our time on the river. We will definitely be back to rent another pontoon boat in the near future.
