Long Level Marina
Rob and his team have built a strong reputation for responsive, communicative service across everything from routine winterizing to full engine repowers. Customers consistently highlight how Rob keeps them informed throughout the process and delivers on expectations, which seems to be the backbone of the operation. The on-site service department paired with slip rentals makes it especially convenient for boat owners who want everything handled in one place. The parts store gets a mention too, well-stocked and staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people who don't make you feel pressured. Long-term customers keep coming back season after season, and that loyalty says a lot. There is one detailed account from a customer who experienced a frustrating series of missteps during a motor replacement, so those considering major mechanical work may want to ask thorough questions upfront and stay engaged throughout the process.
We rented a pontoon boat for the first time from Long Level Marina. The on-line rental process was easy to understand and follow. The staff in the office was friendly and helpful. We received a thorough walk-around on the boat explaining the safety features and where everything was, and how it worked. Areas to go and to not go on the river were clearly explained and detailed on the map they provided. The boat was very clean and in very good condition. We had a beautiful day and enjoyed our time on the river. We will definitely be back to rent another pontoon boat in the near future.
