We came to Big Bear Lake for the Fourth of July fireworks and brought our bikes up from the valley to ride around the lake and town. Unfortunately, one of our friend’s bike seat assembly broke, and we needed a few bolts and some tools to fix it. On our way, we stopped at another bike rental shop. They didn’t have the tools or parts we needed and tried to sell us an entire new bike seat for about $35. We almost bought it, but decided to keep looking—and I’m so glad we did! We came here and met a very nice gentleman with a long beard who went above and beyond. He gave us the tools and bolts we needed to fix the bike and didn’t charge us a single penny! We were so impressed by his kindness that we went inside and bought something just to support his business. I don’t know his name, but this is what real customer service and a great business are all about. If you’re in Big Bear and looking to rent a bike, come here! Genuine people, amazing service, and a business that truly cares about customers. Highly recommended! 🚲🏔️👏
