This family-run shop has built a loyal following thanks to their genuinely helpful approach and well-maintained equipment. Mallory gets called out repeatedly for her patient, knowledgeable service, especially when working with rusty riders who need a refresher on the basics. The husband and wife owners are known for sharing insider tips on where to ride, and customers appreciate their friendly, down-to-earth vibe. Equipment is consistently described as clean, reliable, and reasonably priced, with everything from e-bikes to mountain bikes and kid-friendly options. The overwhelming majority of visitors have smooth, hassle-free experiences here. Most praise focuses on the personalized attention and willingness to help tourists figure out their plans. A couple of negative experiences involved mix-ups with products and perceived attitude issues, though these seem to be outliers rather than the norm. Long-time customers keep coming back year after year, which speaks volumes about the consistency and quality you can expect.

★★★★★ Amazing Customer Service — This Is What a Real Business Is About! We came to Big Bear Lake for the Fourth of July fireworks and brought our bikes up from the valley to ride around the lake and town. Unfortunately, one of our friend’s bike seat assembly broke, and we needed a few bolts and some tools to fix it. On our way, we stopped at another bike rental shop. They didn’t have the tools or parts we needed and tried to sell us an entire new bike seat for about $35. We almost bought it, but decided to keep looking—and I’m so glad we did! We came here and met a very nice gentleman with a long beard who went above and beyond. He gave us the tools and bolts we needed to fix the bike and didn’t charge us a single penny! We were so impressed by his kindness that we went inside and bought something just to support his business. I don’t know his name, but this is what real customer service and a great business are all about. If you’re in Big Bear and looking to rent a bike, come here! Genuine people, amazing service, and a business that truly cares about customers. Highly recommended! 🚲🏔️👏
