Grocery Concierge was created by local hospitality pro Gretchen to make Gulf Coast getaways effortless. Before you even arrive, her team shops for your favorite brands, hand-selects coastal produce, and stocks everything neatly in...
Gretchen and her team have earned an enthusiastic following for making vacation starts effortless. The service is straightforward: order groceries ahead of time, and arrive to find everything purchased, organized, and put away in your rental. Long-time users rave about skipping the dreaded post-travel grocery run, with many calling it "worth every penny" to start relaxing immediately. Beyond the basics, reviewers consistently mention thoughtful extras like treats for kids, local recommendations, and attention to detail that shows genuine care. They also offer sunset picnics and other special experiences that guests describe as memorable and beautifully executed. The overwhelming sentiment is that this service transforms the first moments of vacation from stressful to seamless. Communication throughout the process gets high marks, and Gretchen's local knowledge proves helpful for restaurant recommendations and finding specialty items. One guest did report receiving substitutions despite requesting none, including expired items, which dampened their experience. However, this appears to be an isolated incident in an otherwise stellar track record. For families, large groups, or anyone who'd rather spend vacation time on the beach than in grocery store aisles, this appears to be a popular solution.
