Picnics may be canceled or relocated due to weather or unfavorable conditions. If weather is unfavorable, sunset picnics can be relocated to a nearby pavilion or delivered to the guest’s vacation beach rental site. Sunrise picnics will be rescheduled or canceled. Guests will be notified as early as possible with a mutually alternative date option.
