Parker, who owns Sitka Expeditions along with his wife, was able to accommodate our group of 4 the day before our ship’s arrival in Sitka. He is a delightful young man, very skilled, knowledgeable and personable, and found bears for us to observe very quickly. He was born and raised in Sitka and has a very distinguished resume for his age. But for us, he was a skilled captain who found bears, bald eagles, sea lions and a humpback whale. Not bad for a two hour charter! His boat was spotless and fast. Binoculars were available as well as snacks and waters. I highly recommend this company for any Sitka activity. They also do jeep rentals and larger group wild life outings. Support Parker and support a true independent entrepreneur!
